Supporting people through all life’s challenges
IN PERSON & VIRTUALLY
I’m here to help
It can feel daunting to start therapy at first, and talk to a stranger about what is troubling you. I offer a safe confidential place where we can build a therapeutic relationship.
This will help us to make sense of the challenges you face and enable us to explore what is happening to you, your feelings and your thoughts. Through this insight we can then consider what might need to change or be different to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others whether it is personally and professionally.

Assessment consultations take 90 minutes
Therapy sessions take place at the same time and day of the week each week, and are for 50 minute
Sessions can take place face- to -face in my consulting room, online or, in special circumstances, in another agreed place
