Elizabeth Anne Reilly

UKCP accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist in Oxfordshire.

I’m here to help

It can feel daunting to start therapy at first, and talk to a stranger about what is troubling you. I offer a safe confidential place where we can build a therapeutic relationship.

This will help us to make sense of the challenges you face and enable us to explore what is happening to you,  your feelings and your thoughts. Through this insight we can then consider what might need to change or be different to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others whether it is personally and or professionally.

I can help with

•   Depression and anxiety

•   Trauma through a life event /experience

•   Emotional regulation

•   Bereavement, Complex Grief or Loss

•   Complex eating patterns or disorders

•   Relationship struggles and patterns

•   The effects of abuse

•   Work stress or conflicts

•   Self esteem or confidence issues

I provide clinical supervision to therapists who are on training courses or who are working independently and need a registered supervisor for their work.

What to expect

I provide weekly psychotherapy to adult clients (18 years of age+). I work mainly, although not exclusively with, clients who have been referred to me by their GP and/ or psychiatrist or other specialist.

I offer both short term, goal-orientated therapy and longer term, more intensive therapy. The right approach and frequency will be discussed and agreed during initial consultations which I offer. You will have an opportunity to decide how you would like to move forward before commencing regular weekly appointments, whether face-to-face or online.

Assessment consultations take 90 minutes

Therapy sessions take place at the same time and day of the week each week, and are for 50 minute

Sessions can take place face to face in my consulting room or online.
